Our Ultra Clean ES facemasks are made with a thermal bonded mixture of Polypropylene and Polyethylene. All of our 3 ply facemasks has a Melt Blown ES layer which is used as filtration medium further enhancing its particle and bacterial filtration efficiency. The facemasks are manufactured and packed in a clean controlled environment.
It has low particle generation properties and is widely used in clean controlled environments. Our facemasks are widely used in the semiconductor, electronics and biomedical industries.
